My husband and I are settling into our dream home and this would never have been possible without Delaine.

We can say without hesitation that Delaine is the “best” realtor that we have ever had the pleasure to work with. Her calm manner, kindness, patience and determination to find us our dream home has not been lost on us.

Our process was a complicated transaction with many moving parts. Daily Delaine produced the magic to smooth over all the “surprises” that come along with the process or even just add some fun humor. We really appreciated that quality in her.

Her level of professionalism and knowledge of the market stood out and her communication style was over and beyond. James and I are still blown away by how she got us through the process. She did not give up until we were moved into our new home. Also, her negotiation style was fair to all parties involved and we highly respect her for this.

James and I were not living in the area that we were looking to move into so it was a long drive to view properties each week and we could only view over the weekends. It was a cold Connecticut winter and Delaine met with James and I every weekend for months, come snow, rain or sunshine. Furthermore, she always provided valuable insights during property viewing and negotiated a favorable deal for us on our dream home.

What also stood out is the help and experience she offered us when preparing our house before we put it up for sale. Her advice was sound and we sold the property on the first show day.

James and I will be eternally grateful to Delaine because we know that finding a good realtor that you can connect with and trust is not always easy. But Delaine is one in a million and we will never forget that if it were not for her, we would not be living out our dream.

The truth be told, Delaine has ruined us as she has set the bar very high and it would be very difficult to match her integrity and professionalism. Without a shadow of a doubt, if you are reading this review and are looking for a realtor. Contact Delaine, you will not be sorry. Not only will you be in great company, you will have the pleasure of dealing with a lovely lady who will always have your back.

Today I had a showing at 5 o’clock for a home that I was interested in and my realtor told me that the only available showing for today wasn’t until five as I do not live in the area I just decided to drive to the house and wait there until 5 o’clock and I got out at two in the afternoon from work so I had about three hours to kill After waiting for two hours. I get a message from my realtor, letting me know that they had declined our showing because they had a deadline at 12 PM today for offers. I don’t understand how you can provide a time for a showing at 5 PM when you had a deadline for offers at 12 PM. This is beyond unprofessional and I will never deal with any postings from this realtor ever again.
