I’ve been living here for just about a year now, management is good here, walls are a bit thin so if daily noises bother you like TV walking on top floors, and just daily living, then you have to just adapt. Grounds are well taken care of, maintenance is fast and well done. All in all the only complaint I would have is someone is smoking in apt. Somewhere and I can smell this in my apt which makes me sick. I have addressed this and am told it is being handled. All in all a very pleasant place to live and there are plenty of really nice people here. I give it a 5 star review.

Sorry to say they do nothing in this building, can’t even get carpets clean in hallways,or contact any one in corporate to ask questions,also we need new exhaust fans in our bathrooms.

Deerfield Common Apartments are beautiful! You can get a lot of walking done in the hallways, since it is quite a big complex!
