I set out to look at various rentals, and this was my first stop. After meeting Becky, watching her interact with residents, calls, and staff while still tending to me, I knew this would be the only place I visited. Her friendliness and professionalism hit one of my top priorities, and that was, that as a resident, I would have any concerns addressed in a timely manner and be pushed to the "bottom of the pile". Everything was explained, and all questions answered.
I have been here a few weeks now, and still am greeted with the same friendliness and respect as day 1. Every issue has been promptly taken care of, when able.
My only reason for not giving a 5 star, was that the apartment had not been cleaned very well, if at all. It has taken much time and supplies, but she is a beaut, and I enjoy showing her off to company!

These people stole my money from me and it took me 6 months to get it back. I would call and they never answered. I would go up to the office and Becky was always “at appointments.” They’re so unprofessional. This place is a load of bs. I have stood in the lobby and heard Becky purposely not answer the phone, stating “they’ll leave a message if it’s important.” For someone that works for a government apartment complex, she is very unprofessional. Becky failed to call me back after reviewing my paperwork when I needed an apartment that same week. I ended up having to rent elsewhere. I’m sure it was for the better because I’ve never seen such lazy, unprofessional, rude, and unkept people. If you’re planning on renting here, don’t. These people took money from me, failed to call me, and costed me an apartment. Who knows how unprofessional they’ll be if a tenant needs maintenance and based of their poor money handling skills, I wouldn’t trust them with my rent money.

Staff are so nice and understanding. A couple of years ago had a frozen pipe burst and the staff were on point to remedy the situation at that was at 3am in the morning...Shout out to Becky, Apt.Mgnt. and Dennis, Maintenance..Job well done..

Management is rude they also give apartments out to family before anyone on a waiting list. I notified corporate about my situation. The situation was so unprofessional. I hope they do the right thing to help better the business they have. This was both locations.

It's a really good place for families! They are some really nice apartments. You have your own staircase if you live upstairs. They offer 2, 3, & 4 bedrooms. They also accept Section 8 Housing.

These are the hardest apartments to get into..... I've never heard of an apartment complex want all your business like retirement paperwork, complete tax return, log in for child support. And paperwork from the school though go to. That is the most unprofessional and ridiculous place to live I've ever seen.
