I am truly delighted Deb White was recommended to me ! What a pleasant young lady she is ! She was so helpful for me to get my mortgage ! Took time with me on the phone & in her office , no rushing me through the process whatsoever! She really gives you her valued time in a relaxed manner! Truly I just couldn’t be happier with her ! She even stayed in touch with me after , sending me Christmas greetings & checking with me to see how my move was going ! Never too busy for any questions that may arise !
If anyone needs to get a mortgage I truly can’t recommend her enough !!!
I usually don’t write reviews , but how can I not with Deb ! She made what could have been very stressful into an easy process to get me my mortgage into my new home !

If you're looking for a mortgage broker, Deb and her team are simply the best. My experience was nothing short of amazing. They stepped me through the process, answered all of my questions, kept in contact at all times, and made what can be a stressful situation much less so. Very professional. When items appeared on my credit report that simply shouldn't have been there, Deb went to work and had the bureaus remove the incorrect items.

I highly recommend Deb White if you are ever needing a mortgage broker. She is truly amazing.

I only have one word for Deb White of White House Mortgages. OUTSTANDING.
Over the years I have done most of my own mortgages. This time the financial Institution didn't want to "play fair". I was in serious trouble, but Deb came to the rescue, the consequences could have been very expensive had it not been for her experience and skills.

Horrible experience a few years ago that cost me THOUSANDS of dollars. Deb told me that I could qualify on my own and then when it was the day before signing, the deal she made fell through. I ended up having to take a HUGH interest rate increase for 8 months ($1100 a month increase) until she could fix her mistake. Only compensation was she didn't charge me her fee! Unfortunately before it went south I had referred my sister-in-law and she did a similar thing to her, which also cost her money.
