Terri Dean is a horrible business woman.
We are an asian family business owners and need to relocate to another location. We meet with her because she told us the space is available over the phone. After we agreed we want that space the same day of looking at that space. We are willing to rent the space and willing to workout anything to make that happen. She never return our phone calls for 2 months waiting and texting her. She never inform us Yes or No for 2 months . We insisted on wanting her respond she finally returned back to us in a txt and told us she rented to someone else. How unprofessional and cruel to make people go through that waiting for 2 months calling and texting. Especially when we said we wanted to proceed with the space. We hope other people rethink of wanting to rent from her or let alone let her manage their plaza. She is quick to judge you in her head and if she dislikes you somehow she won't respond back and let you be confused and frustrated for a long time. What a very unhealthy mindset and unethical behavior with no kindness to help.
Updated: We are nails salon owners in Huntsville for 9 years and decided to go less space because of the slow economy. To make this work for our family business of me and my husband working.. The space we wanted was only around 450 sq ft for $795 a month. The space is so bad worn down and in the process of them fixing repair because of that she mentioned waiting for new tenent request to how they want to fix it. We had to asked few things if she can or not. She decided on that day never call back or responde to our txt for like 2 months while we waiting. She is a horrible person and very lazy unprofessional business agent. We were okay if she can't do some request that is understanble and we willing to pay for someone to tile the floor but she decided to not work with us and give that space to someone else. I wish I never deal with Terri Dean if I know all the warning bad reviews from other people and I wouldn't need to call her at all. Now if we look for a up coming space we will not want to rent anywhere with her name and her company . Bless all those plaza owners depend on her for income.
