DDA did got me preapproval within 24 hours. I waited for more than 10 days to get it from my bank. DDA is nothing short of awesome. We used DDA to buy our home recently. I had never used a mortgage broker and really wasn't too familiar with them, but it was 100% worth it. This buying experience was so much better than my last, and Didier was always available to answer any questions I had. We had some hiccups in the process that delayed our closing which were completely out of his control but he worked very hard to do what he could to keep the ball rolling. Also, he's truly just a really nice person. I would 100% recommend Didier and I would absolutely use DDA Mortgage again.
