Shameless thieves. Charged us $650 for cleaning and $900 for paint. This was a 500 square foot apartment that was thoroughly cleaned before vacancy. The walls are painted with cheap white matte paint. . No one at the office seems to know how these charges were incurred. I’m being told “the owner told us this is what the costs were and we can’t give out their information.” How convenient. Stay away.

Steve and Jackson did a great job of showing me around their unit and answered all of my questions with professionalism and patience! The inspection was very thorough and Steve even went out of his way to offer to mount my television for me. It has been a great experience working with Day & Associates

My family and I have been renting a home managed by Day and Associates for a little over a year now and we are so impressed by them! The worst property management ever, Sheila Hudson is the most uneducated person we ever meet. This person is renting properties with out inspections this is the way she managed our renting house. We request a safety inspection and everything was ignored after she replied our emails saying “YES I will do a safety inspection” she is very sarcastic she will never listen to your concerns, and she forgot everything acting like she got “Alzheimer” and smiling we she knows she is screwing it up. Also she shows up to the property harassing at your door without any 3 days letter and when you call her she never respond her phone, and again the “Alzheimer” acting start just to ignore it, when you caught her in video surveillance. Anyways stay away from this property management company they are the worst save your money go to a real professional person! I hope goggle in the future give me the option 0 star ⭐️

This management is great. This means they actually read your inquiries and return with an answer. Clogged sewer, pealing paint, mold in bathtub, etc... they sent workers on same they or at least within two days. Because they are so good with responding, I was skeptical and thought they might raise the rent. But no. That wasn't the case. I recommend apartments managed by Day & Associates.

unsure why there are so many poor reviews, I have been a Hermosa beach tenant for nearly a year. My place was upgraded beautifully before moving in and any time there is an issue the maintenance team is quick to connect me with whatever tradesmen I need to fix the problem. Online rent pay is so easy and they send reminders. So far my experience has been great and their customer service seems to be on the up and up!

I found Day and Associates more than three years ago from a referral by a friend. In that time, Steve Day, the owner, has always been responsive and has effectively addressed any issues that arose. He was willing to share his property management experience and expertise with me, which I appreciated. His staff (Alfredo, Claudia, Sheylla) have also been very helpful with issues that have come up. Would definitely recommend this company.
