They are in the early stages of building, only 4 homes. The house design is for ACTIVE SENIORS, so if you plan on aging in the home then you'll be remodeling bathrooms, toilets, kitchen appliances and cupboards for accessibility. Then consider access to the house if you ever need a walker or use a wheelchair. Just things to consider. Personally if I'm spending that much coin there needs to be a beach close by ⛱️ 🏖️

It is a horrible experience that my husband and I have had, we made the mistake of signing the closing pending the solution of problems in the house, during the entire construction process we were letting our concerns be known in this regard, the construction company promised that they would be solved of this 7 months ago and they still continue without giving a solution that really eliminates the problem that is quite serious, the complaints are worthless, the emails with our complaints to the entire warranty department and the construction company are worthless, they pretend that they solve the problem but it is not really like that, I will continue filing complaints, I will continue to claim, I will seek specialized and legal help if necessary, I advise you not to sign the purchase of a house if you are not totally satisfied, do not leave anything pending for later, and I have evidence to enforce everything I write here, I began to send emails since the second month after signing the contract.
