Let me first thank Tandy King for her support and professionalism she displayed toward me and my husband during this long and challenging process. If it had been for her compassion and empathy we would have walked away for Davidson Homes Builders. Now that this experience is finally over I would most definitely use Tandy King Realtor services again. As for Davidson Homes Builders you guys need to revist the company motto as you have not displayed that to me and my family in the quality of product you presented on your website. Too many broken promises

Purchased my home April 15th... lovely home warranty sucks been waiting over a month to fix my garage roof that has damage from the ac leaking, have a hole in my bathroom closet with a rack behind the door that I can't access, bathtub are missing stoppers, bedroom windows missing screens, paint was in my flower bed that's still there, was told there warranty personnel isn't doing warranty work because they're owed money.... smh now it may seem petty but I want it fixed....I would say other those issues I love my home oan the damage in my garage is now falling into my car... again lovely home... once fixed I'll change to 5 🌟
