HORRIBLE!!! I bought a home and never dealt with more incompetent people. They left me with a $1000 utility bill and blatantly lied to get their closing. They will tell you anything to get you in the door. Plus the HOA is a joke. Buy from another builder. I’ve already had to have various things looked at including the appliances they won’t cover that don’t work in the first month.
