We recently purchased a home with Jennifer representing us. We weren't able to view homes in person regularly because we live in Northern California. We worked with them for a bit over a year to find the right house. Jennifer, Stepha, and Sofia always showed us homes in a timely fashion via FaceTime or recorded videos. Because they have different preferences, it was nice to get an array of opinions on each home we considered. I really appreciate that they were with us every step of the way. Some real estate agents leave their clients to their assistants or simply fail to communicate in a timely fashion. That's not the case with Jennifer and her team. Popular homes sell very fast, so responding quickly makes a huge difference.

Over the year, we made 7 offers. When making offers, we always got regular calls and texts from Jennifer with any information she could glean from the seller's agent. Before signing the offer, she would give us ballpark numbers for what she thought the house was worth and what she thinks the other buyers might offer. She is very honest about when she thinks we'd be overpaying or when she thinks we can do better at certain price points. Based on the sale prices of the homes we made offers on, her intuition is spot on. There was an occasion she could've pushed through on a home just to close a sale, but she recommended that we back out of the house. It was noisier than expected during commute hours, so we couldn't enjoy having our windows opens. With the house we eventually purchased, she kept in constant contact with the seller's agent to get an idea of where current offers were. She adjusted our strategy and updated her recommended offer amount as the incoming offers changed. In the end, there were 19 bids on the property. We were only 10k above the next highest offer. Jennifer strongly pushed for the sellers to accept our offer without a counter and they did! We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Looking back, we won two prior bids, but we're glad that the other offers didn't work out.
