David Steele is a slum lord. He used the cheapest paint possible so we were unable to clean the walls prior to leaving from basic wear and tear. Then he took our entire deposit to “cover” paint cost. Let me tell you it doesn’t cost $1000+ to paint a trailer. Another thing, he told us it would be ok to break the lease early due to family issues. Amazed you would get on here and try and defend himself.
