I would really like to thank my instructor Kim Miller and also Denise Ross for chiming in when Kim wasn’t able to. These are GREAT instructors! The few brokerages that came in and told us about their companies were very informative & has given me an idea of what broker I would like to work under. 😊 Nevertheless, I’m so grateful for this learning experience and I would give this school a 10/10!!! Real estate will be a second profession for me and I believe I am more prepared having attended David Lloyd School for Real Estate. Kim Miller is the ultimate professional - she is an expert of the industry, has an extensive knowledge of real estate law and I believe her to be what I like to call a master teacher. She made all the uneasiness and uncertainty disappear. Our co-instructor Dalphine was polite, quite knowledgeable and did a good job presenting information in the same fashion as Ms. Miller had already established a “blueprint”. My experience from start to finish was a pleasure and I would highly recommend the David Lloyd School for Real Estate to anyone interested in becoming a real estate professional.
