He made the home search and buying process really easy, because he knew a tremendous amount of practical information about everything- who to contact, what to do which made this experience so positive in every way. As first time homebuyers, we literally needed led by the hand every step of the way, and his patience, knowledge and friendliness helped us through all the many steps with ease. I bought a house long distance. I lived in WA and was looking to purchase in SC. David has done much business with my family so I hired him to help me find the right house for me.
