Darius was an amazing realtor. He really went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. We used him to sell a property in probate and he was very knowledgeable of what we needed to do to sell the property and take care of the estate. Darius has been the BEST! Purchasing a home while I was living in Phoenix isn't an an easy venture. Darius went out of his way on multiple occasions to get me videos, extra pics and answered questions or got answers for me at all hours of the day. He dedicated his time and nurtured me throughout the process. I first made contact with him and stated my needs and specific time frame of 30 days that I needed to find a place, close and move in. Ultimately, he exceeded my expectations and everything I asked for was fulfilled on time!
