The people in the office are very rude. I called at 9am not knowing they were closed and this lady answered with an attitude telling me they were closed. If they were closed why answer the phone? no need to be rude and give an attitude to possible renters. Because of this, I am looking somewhere else. I don't ever want to deal with these unprofessional people.

If only there was a way to rate 0 stars, I totally would give a 0.
Ever since we got new management, our "beautiful affordable home" has never been the same. Our home became into a terrible construction zone. Our complex has been under "renovation" for the past 3 months. There are people constantly coming and out of our home. And majority or the time from 8am-5pm our water is turned off.
What makes it really difficult is that our manager is very rude, disrespectful, and aloof.
This year our car got broken into 3 times and our mailbox got vandalized. Our manager advised us that if there will be an increase of break ins and thief with police reports only then maybe management will consider to hire security. A year later and nothing has changed.
My recommendation is please stay away and dont become a victim.

New management is completely incompetent, rude and corrupt. I am very surprised the owners of the apartment complex have not (yet) been sued. The amount of consumer protection laws broken and human rights violations committed is obscene.

There is evidence of the new management engaging in: Landlord Harassment, Retaliation, Disconnecting water without proper notice, Creating a nuisance, Creating a uninhabitable environment, Hiring unlicensed maintenance workers, Engaging in Landlord Construction Nuisance Schemes, Flat out lying to tenants about what is going on, Ignoring tenants concerns and rights, Threatening evictions when tenants voice concerns, Sending "violations" that have lead to evictions to tenants who voiced their concerns or complained to HUD.

HUD Law-firms, get in on this goldmine quick! I guarantee that you will find gross violations taking place. The tenants here need your law-firms help and are beyond harassed by the landlord. The situation is so bad that the manger had to move away from his apartment unit and office, because of some tenants threatening to harm him. The manager is still engaged in creating a hostile uninhabitable environment for his tenants from a remote location. These predatory landlords need to be held accountable for their human rights violations. Please help these tenants.

We loved this appartment too much, since we have visited it first time. Community Director Mrs. June Campbell was so nice with us and to our kids within all interviewing and pre-approval process. During a talking to her, you can feel her high experience and professionalism. Me, my spouse and both of kids so happy to live here and be a part of this community.

The new managment is ignorant, rude and very unhelpful. They just threaten everybody who has questions with 30 days eviction notice. Residents here have especially hard time during renovation. The best advice to anyone would be to stay away from this place!

This place is awful, the manager is rude, and ignores complaints, and they are racist, and threatened to evict tenants. I’ve talked to one of the tenants and they told that they have spotted some mice in their apartment and the first time they brought up the complaint the manager said ok we’ll get the exterminator but they didn’t come and the tenants went and told them a second time and the manager said that they didn’t want them to come up and said that the tenant killed all of them but they remember saying I want them exterminated. And another problem is the Air Conditioner one of the tenants didn’t work for 4 months and they said wait for the workers to come or leave the apartment. And when the day was cold because the workers were “renewing” the house they turned off the water system and theirs was a little buggy and they looked into it but the workers didn’t and lied to them that they fixed it and they gave them some kind of cheap heater that barely keeps Their apartment warm and when it was hot the cooler didn’t work and They were done with it And they went up almost every single month to say complaints that they didn’t listen to, and they ignored them when they are supposed to be taking that and improving the living quality.

I called this complex to check for availability and June Campbell was beyond rude. Her tone was abrasive, unprofessional and insensitive. She has no business working with people. I feel her professional people skills are lacking and she needs training in this area. I’m no longer interested in renting at this complex. Some people are in stressful situations and don’t need this treatment when they’re looking for housing.
