Dana recently assisted my husband and me with the sale of our home. She was a pleasure to work with, from beginning to end. She did a thorough market analysis to help set a listing price that reflected the value of our property yet was still attractive to potential buyers, and effectively marketed its best features. Dana was very supportive as we went through the process of getting our house ready to list and she was patient with our needs regarding the timing. Her knowledge of the area enabled her to make good recommendations for painters and other professionals we needed to freshen up our home's appearance. She assisted with staging the house before professional photos were taken for the listing, and was creative about making use of items I already had to make my home feel warm and inviting. Dana kept us informed throughout the listing and sales process, communicating with us when needed and answering our many questions. She also did periodic check-ins during “purging and packing,” being sensitive to the emotional aspects of parting with a house we loved. Our house sold quickly, and we were very satisfied with the outcome. The closing process moved smoothly, with Dana communicating as needed about inspection dates and pertinent information from the buyers. We listed our home with Dana after interviewing a number of other realtors. We choose Dana due to her motivation, knowledge, and can-do attitude. During the meeting when we signed the contract she procured several service people to perform minor improvements on the property; one arrived within an hour! The pictures and video of our house were better than any we had seen on real estate sites. She was in constant communication throughout the process and handled every issue with professionalism. How special these days to find a totally competent, honest, hardworking individual in any area of business, let alone real estate. Dana was nothing short of amazing...a whirlwind of positive energy, knowledge, and calm.
I was not her easiest client.
We would discuss differences of opinion and then make a decision, on other side, with calm and respect.
The listing went up on a Thursday, about 8 viewings before a contract, with great terms and for over asking price, was signed on Monday!
Between contract and closing, Dana stayed in touch, with both us and the buyers realtor, making the whole process problem free and......well....fun!
One of the things that make Dana such a selling powerhouse, is her willingness to get your listing out to as many realtors as possible for ultimate exposure, even though this means she splits her fee.
