Shelby Lear was a great asset during our Greenville home search. She was always available and responsive and acted quickly to set up showings. She also helped us prepare for home showings by forwarding all relevant documents ahead of time. She has a great knowledge of different areas, home values and pros and cons of each house we viewed. David Burt is Awesome. He help my wife and I in selling my wife's father's home after his passing . We had know idea what we needed to do since we live in Virginia and the home is in Central South Carolina. Ashley Haase was truly wonderful! She is pleasant and personable and also efficient and highly professional. I had found the house on my own and thought perhaps I didn’t need a realtor to act on my behalf. But I am so glad that I chose Ashley. She made helpful recommendations, arranged for reasonably priced legal counsel, and guided me through the inspection, negotiation, and purchase process in a way that made me feel confident in my decision and also saved me money.
