I was so excited when my sister loan officer referred me to him. He started off really professional then it went down hill! He could NOT get the fee work sheet together! My realtor and I had told him what was needed and he did this sheet at least four times and all four was not correct and still isn’t . I was the main one reaching out to him asking him what was the next step etc and etc! Thank God I was buying a house off my brother because if it was any other house someone else with have bid and I would have lost out! I will NEVER refer Dan to anyone. I rather someone say,” I have a lot of customers, I will refer you to someone who can assist you better”. I should have done my research and the sad part is my relator completed dog him for being unprofessional and I had his back smh! He never apologized or even offered to refer me to someone else!
