What an absolute joke of a business. Stated they'd give a call back, never did, so we followed up the following week. Told us that nothing was available l, then there was 3 available but one was taken. Wouldn't give any information on the 2 spots open. I dont understand why it's so hard to do your job and not be rude to potential renters. 1 star is far above what this business is. Disgusting.

I would give these guys worse than a singular star but unfortunately, it won’t let me. Called 4 days in a row to get snow removed. Land lord comes and half ass’d the sidewalks and the parking lot looks horrible with slush and snow, never iced once. They own the apartments over as well and they took care of their parking lot no problem. I understand I was a bit mean on the phone to the receptionist, but she hung up on me. So do with that information as you will in regard to how they care about their tenants. Also if they do the walks, that also legally binds them to take care of the parking lot too.

Few months ago I asked them about moving out and their representative told me a 30days heads up was fine. Today I called to doubled check that they had received our heads up since we had called them earlier in the current month and are moving out in a few weeks and the lady on the phone just blew up. She did not even give me a chance to explain that we had spoken to them she just started shouting at me, talked all over me, put me on hold and came back angrier, and ended up hanging up on me after shouting some more. She said her name was "Gwen", I could be wrong but she may be the owner. At any rate, She was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Her blow-up was uncalled for and just very unprofessional.

Barb Iacino is my landlord for another 10 days and I have nothing but praise for her. The house we are renting was purchased by her shortly before we moved in and needed some work done due to city regulations. Barb did her best to let me know when workers would be out, whenever I called or some to her in her office about an issue she was picking up her office phone and calling someone to come get the issue fixed immediately. My husband's job is relocating us out of South Dakota and she has gone above and beyond to find someone to take over the property so we can get our deposit back. If we weren't moving I would continue renting from Barb.

Tonya Madsen is an unprofessional realtor who regularly neglects the properties she is supposed to manage. She avoided my messages, inquiries, and requests for meetings so I could sign the lease and give her my money. After a pipe broke in the kitchen we informed her immediately of the issue but she decided to wait 3 weeks, after multiple follow-ups, to call a plumber and asked why we had not contacted the owner. Maybe because it is our job to contact the property manager?
Every communication I have had with her has been lacking professionalism and she adamantly refused to respond to any requests for setting up in person communication. After she already accepted checks in my name, she tried to say that I wasn't renting the property I was paying for. This is of course after she blew me off for nearly 4 months of trying to sign the lease to get back to her. She had no problem accepting my money with absolutely no legal assurances for the property owner (a signed lease). When confronted, she proceeded to call and spam text the other lessee to complain while ignoring me and my requests to GIVE HER THE SIGNED LEASE. She also lost my number multiple times, did not disclose the location of lead paint in the property, and is all around neglectful as a property manager. If you look at the yearly appraisals for the value of the home, since she has been managing, it has been steadily dropping. That may be coincidence but I would 0/10 recommend as a renter or as someone who may need a manager.
