Spoke for a length of time with the owner over the phone about qualifying requirements. She seemed interested in us so we did the 2 hour drive to view a home that was old and the back fence was literally falling into the neighbors yard which had to barking dogs. We overlooked this. She was asking for a $5500 deposit for the new vinyl floors but wasn't fixing the back fence! We then met with her 2 hours later and gave her all of our personal and financial information to apply before we left town. She never expressed not wanting us to apply. We never heard another word. Just be aware.

WORST FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I thought this place was going to be a good and simple place to find an apartment as a college student. Little as I know, this person is really bad with her business. Moving out of campus of CSUMB, I thought that real estate agents were going to be nice. Little did I know, this person is freakishly rude to me and my gf. Even though her apartments are the most cheapest apartments in Marina and Monterey County, it is nearly impossible to obtain an apartment from her. It is also nearly impossible to contact this person even after a message on her phone. If walk in, the lady says that she is in a rush and has to go. I once caught her at a good time to view apartments. Her office is a mess and a disaster. You wont be able to even look at the apartment that you have hoped for. Most calls are not given back even after message. I wonder if any of her clients that are renting from her are even paying their rent on time.

If you are trying to have a good business, please be nicer and more kind to those who are seeking for an apartment/home. Especially towards college students. Many college students seek an apartment/home to live during the summer due to work. Lastly, please be more professional with your work. I suggest that you hire someone that can help you achieve a better business.

Two years as tenant in a home. When I have a problem someone is out that day to repair it. My water heater quit last night. They sent someone out 2 hrs after I let the office know.

I need a studio. Under 1000. I found one & missed it. Or didn't. I forgot. Hey! If she could get the cheap studios...I'm in! It was 950 near Walmart. Awesome. I'm gonna look that up. Maybe I can get em to move 😁
