This was a first time finding out Cumberland Manor exists. I was a passenger of someone else who had private business to attend to there. I did see handicapped parking, and a gazebo on the property. I saw the words housing authority listed under the address on the way in. I myself did not go inside.

My experience at this place is that residents are nosy and talk behind your back go to office and dont have much residents right also people in office abuse their powers and dont have much good attitude toward you. Also maintenance also dont giive you much answer to your questions when u have problems with ur apt tell you go to office. Also certain resident think she run place and tell you what to do. I recommend people live at another high rises. I would not recommend this place thats wht gave this place 1 ⭐. But Lincoln Housing is better more comfortable and cleaner.
