Dana is super professional. Her knowledge of the units (size/door size/etc) is impressive. My check-in time was very quick. Having the convenience of purchasing a nice lock is an added plus. The facility was very clean, easy to maneuver and looked to be very secure. Thank you Dana you answered every question even before I thought of it.

Linda at CubeSmart Self Storage was extremely thoughtful and helpful as she helped us with our storage unit rental. She showed us were our unit was, gave us helpful tips on using the unit itself, then told us about the hours of operation and how to get help should we not get out of the property by closing time when the security gate closes. She gave us helpful tips about our new community of Green Valley and was just a very pleasant person during a stressful moving time for us. We appreciated all of her help and friendliness.

After driving for 7hrs to get to Green Valley from Vegas it was really nice to be welcomed by Dana.. who is friendly and very helpful. Since I was only dropping off a few items to my storage it was a quick visit. Absolutely thrilled I picked this location. Great customer service with Dana who went over and beyond.

This cube smart is a wonderful place to store your stuff. I am terrible with names. I can’t remember the elderly ladies name but she’s extremely sweet and helpful knowledgeable and make sure you’re taking care of gives you a tour of the place. Gives you all the information about everything from beginning to end Times how to do stuff the maneuverability inside the place is a little tight but a 26 foot U-Haul can go in there if you go about it the right way and you don’t get in a hurry. She also gives pointers on stuff like how to get your vehicle in there.

Dana, the General manager is fabulous.She is organized,friendly and very helpful with getting our different storage units needs met. I highly recommend renting storage space from Cubesmart.Prices are very competitive and Dana the general manager made the paper work process fast,easy and took the time to answer all questions.

Unfortunately the whole experience was unsatisfactory. The price increases every three months in comparison to the quality of service and unit itself is unacceptable. The lack of accountability towards the condition my unit was left in after the door renovation was deplorable I will not be using this company nor will I recommend it to anyone in the future.
