Kimmy is horrible. This company will take your deposit with no intent to help place you in a home. But Kimmy....non responsive, under the influence, will not communicate at all. The office doesn't have answers to anything. They just forward you back to horrible non responsive unprofessional Kimmy. Use a different realtor. Crown is not it

My self and family are highly grateful for Kimi Blair a few years ago we got a notice from our landlord that we had 60 days to move out due to selling the property. Kimi and her team were very professional. Kimi took time out of her busy schedule to show us a couple of properties in Dixon. We ended up finding a private owner in the city that we wanted to live in but I was very pleased with the service we were provided by Crown Realty during our home search. I recently moved back to Vacaville and found the home rental market very competitive and not much supply. My wife and I looked at many homes and came across Karlie at Crown Realty Property Management. We are so glad we met her. Crown was very easy to work with and had homes to rent. Any issues that we have had were attended to in a reasonable amount of time and we can always speak to someone when we need it. It was very disappointing, Kimi was not available most of the weekends to show the property, in two months only did showing 2 times. Also prospective tenants most cases don't do a full application till they see the property. I missed out on 2 months rent. I was able to rent both my apartments in 1 week. She was professional and polite. Responded to my concerns. But didn't work out .

In the reviews, we were Michele Burnett's challenging renters. We moved across country and wanted to rent for a while since we were both in new jobs in a new state. We specifically asked Crown Realty if the owner had any intention on selling, they said no(this is recorded on video). Well...they decided to sell 10 months into our 12 month lease. Our kids were still in school so we had to scramble to find another place in the same school district. By the way, this was during the height of CoVID. We could have squatted due to CoVID rules but did not, because we are decent people. We paid on time, kept the home, pool and yard really nice. Anything to the contrary is a bald-faced lie. Upon vacating the property, we forgot to put a removable pool fence back up(yard was fully fenced) and they charged us $135, they couldn't even find it in their greedy little hearts give us our fully deposit back. My limited experience tells me, your chances of interacting with decent people as a renter will be low. Property management firms do not care about you, the renter. They only care about not getting sued and keeping their clients(the owners) happy.
