Bill was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. As a first time homebuyer I had many questions about the process of obtaining a mortgage, Bill was always there to answer questions promptly and professionally. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

My experience at 1st was smooth. But being ignored for 2 weeks is poor customer service. Joe and Kim would not call me back for 2 weeks. And I brought this up to Bill and he did nothing. So my experience in the end sucked. I don't know how you are still in business treating customers like they're not important. What if I had some important information or whatever but no all your team did was ignor my phone calls. I will be contacting a different mortgage company that cares about there customers!
