It’s a beautiful place to live! But if I knew how hard it is to get maintenance to the apartment I would have taken my money elsewhere. There’s always different people working in the office all the time, so it makes me believe that staff doesn’t get treated/payed right. Residents have a responsibility of picking up their own dog feces and that is not being enforced. They rather focus on the no smoking policy. The free Parking spaces are being occupied by cars that don’t work and again not being Enforced. Last but not least, the pool area is always so nasty, the bathroom is discussing. I say bathroom because there’s ONLY one open for all genders. The grills are never clean and some are missing the cooking grate. Think twice before becoming pet of the “community”

I am really happy staying here at Cross Pointe. The apartments are well kept. The grounds are kept clean, I see maintenance picking up any trash every morning. The gym and pool is clean mommy and well lit at night. The staff is friendly and professional. Niche took such good care of us. The move itself was stressful but Niche made it a smooth, easy process. Niche was extremely professional and very responsive. She was one of the biggest reasons why I chose Cross Pointe, along with the security of knowing it’s safe, clean, the location, and the apartment itself is adorable and all up-to-date. Upon moving in, there were just a couple things I needed tended to and Niche responded immediately and Mike showed up to fix it. Mike is also friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. I appreciate all the staff at Cross Pointe and I highly recommend living here. Thank you to all the staff at Cross Pointe.

Maintenance people were phenomenal, apartment was fine. Unfortunately they run a dishonest business. They will take your deposit no matter what so that they can redo everything for the next people when you move out. Additionally, they also scammed me for 4 extra rent days when I moved out, saying that I didn’t give notice in paper form, because I did it over the phone and the lady said I was good to go.

Beautiful place to live. I can honestly say everyone tries their best to make it a safe and happy place to live. The staff knows your name and everyone always greets you with a smile. Mike from Maintenance is wonderful. He’s sweet and professional. Can fix anything and always has a smile 🙂

I love these apartments! The property is AMAZING! I had a tour with Niche and she was very nice and made me extremely comfortable with moving forward with these apartments! I can’t wait to move in!

Having lived here for several years now, Every one in the leasing office is always super friendly and will gladly assist you where ever possible. Maintenance crew is always nice, take extra care of your home when making any request, and are quick when any repairs are needed.

Thanks for the no responde cross pointe apartments!!! Mary Baker is the worst Manager that cross pointe has had :My experience with the apartment manager has been disappointing, to say the least. Throughout my time living here, I've noticed a consistent pattern of treating residents like children rather than valued tenants. Any concerns or issues raised were met with a dismissive attitude, leaving me feeling unheard and unimportant. Compassion and empathy seem to be foreign concepts to the apartment manager. I faced a difficult situation during my tenancy, and despite explaining my circumstances, there was no willingness to understand or offer any support. It felt like they were simply going through the motions without considering the impact on their residents' lives.Moreover, the lack of customer service was evident in every interaction. Simple requests took an unnecessarily long time to address, and even then, the responses were cold and unhelpful. It was clear that the apartment manager viewed their role as a mere formality rather than genuinely caring for the well-being of those living in the community. Overall, my experience with this apartment manager has been unsatisfactory. Her approach to managing the property lacks compassion, understanding, and customer service skills. As a resident, I believe we deserve better treatment and a manager who genuinely cares about our well-being and ensures a positive living environment.

I have lived here for four years now, and have had a great experience. The apartments are spacious, have a laundry room in the unit, and I have direct access to my garage. Trust me, this is rare in the Bay Area.

I have had some problems but maintenance and the office staff has always been so so fast to fix everything. Mario and Mike are by far my favorite maintenance guys! They are always friendly and quick to help with everything. They keep the apartment grounds clean and safe.

The rent is a little high, but you are paying for the extra amenities, great staff, and a beautiful pool space.
