Steve helped us with a land purchase of over 25 acres. He is very knowledgeable about purchasing raw land which is what we were looking for. There are aspects about buying land that you really want a realtor specifically focused on land. Cross Creek Realty is an excellent company to work with. We had 15 wooded acres for sale near Salem, SC. Even before we signed with CCR, Steve Smith walked our 15 acre property to identify potential homesites, locate access routes and determine availability of electrical and water service. He analyzed comparable properties and recommended a sales strategy to help sell the property quickly.
When the buyers made an offer, Steve walked us through each element of the contract. With his advice and assistance, we were able to sell the property and close in less than 40 days.

Complete jerk move to have a car towed on a Saturday with a handicap placard displayed because someone out of town parked on your “private property” glad to know you’re in cahoots with the local towe truck company.
I take full responsibility as an adult but we were in the restaurant for 45 minutes and you had my car towed with a handicap placard displayed but $435 later - we are headed back home.

**** Thanks for the prompt reply and the excuse. Your office was closed and it was a jerk move and I will continue to push this because it’s all money considering you collected $135 for private property tow. Small town cahoots but I will ensure this is publicized especially to the disabled.
