I’ve had the same maintenance issues in my apartment since moving in 2 and a half years ago. Getting repairs completed is nearly impossible, neighbors are disgusting and loud! There is no support or anything done about trash and dog feces left in walkways. Rent is ALWAYS expected to be paid and on time but there is no completed work orders. The best thing about the apartment is the space but it’s hard to see the good when there are so many issues!

The team at this Apartment Community is beyond amazing especially Toccara she's a big blessing and the units are very nice, roomy and reasonably priced. Not to mention the area where they are located is very nice. Perfect complete package. I can't wait to move in and become part of this community.

I am writing to share my experiences and express my dissatisfaction with the conditions and management of this property during my recent residency. While I was initially grateful to have a place to call home temporarily, several issues have caused significant disappointment and discomfort.

Firstly, the management of the property has been poor. Specifically, the property manager’s behavior was rude and dismissive. On several occasions, when I approached her with concerns, she demonstrated a lack of accountability and a condescending attitude. Her tone during these interactions was unprofessional, making effective communication difficult. In contrast, the previous manager was kind, helpful, and willing to assist residents, which is in stark contrast to the current management.

Secondly, the maintenance services are unsatisfactory. Repairs and fixes are delayed, and maintenance staff often arrive unannounced. There were numerous instances when I returned home to find lights left on and stains on the carpet, indicating that maintenance had entered the unit without proper notice. Despite repeated attempts to check on the status of requests, I received no response from either the leasing office or maintenance. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. In addition to that, the water is frequently shut off every other day and/or week for some type of maintenance. This constant disruption is highly inconvenient and indicates poor planning and maintenance practices.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the property is concerning. Dog feces and debris are often scattered throughout the complex, creating an unsightly and unsanitary environment. This issue reflects poorly on the property’s standards and management practices.

Furthermore, there is a significant bug infestation problem within the property (photos attached but not all). The presence of pests is both a health hazard and a considerable inconvenience for residents.

Lately, the mold issue within the property is alarming (photos attached). Despite bringing this to the management’s attention multiple times, no effective action was taken. The mold problem is severe enough to cause health issues, and I experienced respiratory problems as a result. This negligence in addressing mold poses a serious risk to the health and well-being of residents.

Also, please confirm all charges when vacating because I was charged for multiple things that were never addressed when signing the lease.

Overall, as a former loyal resident, my experience was disappointing for the price I was paying due to these ongoing issues. I hope future residents do not have to endure the same problems and that management takes necessary steps to improve the living conditions and services provided.

I love my apartment it’s beautiful and in a nice neighborhood but maintenance is where they draw the line, you’ll request maintenance more that 5 times then they send you an email saying they fixed the issue but they don’t.
I moved in in July and since then I’ve asked for a replacement for dryer and washer since they are nasty and rust my clothes, you have to run the Dryer 5 times for your small load to dry. See photos of the washer and dryer

There’s a trick to writing a review. The first issue is that, you’re tricked into writing a review in the beginning, before you get the real experience of dealing with workers before you get to move in, which is a problem because you really don’t know what you’re really going to go through after your lease is signed, “PROBLEMS”. The main problem is signing a lease without viewing your new unit, but once you’ve signed the lease, you’re obligated to the terms even though the walk-thru is not up to the expectations of what was agreed upon. Also, there was a random guy, standing in the hall of the apartment, smoking weed that was so potent that it should have been addressed by the apartment employee that was giving me a tour of the premises, but instead ignored and when I asked for action to be taken there was an instant response of asking me did I have a clue what apartment the guy stayed in, even though that was my very first time viewing the property, “red flag”. I stated that my daughter and I were uncomfortable with a random person standing outside of where my unit was smoking weed and nothing was done about it. After letting it be known that I was uncomfortable, I was forcefully asked to take the unit and I could move in 6 months to another unit “IF” it was available after 6 months of staying there. So I called the manager Dijon and he and I agreed on a solution, but he never emailed the verbal agreement that we made, and afterwards when I kept my end of the agreement, he backed out and said it was nothing he could do, even though he had already agreed to the solution verbally. So now, I am dealing with my lawyer to rectify and issue that should have been handled amongst the staff and me only. So in conclusion, please don’t be forced into writing a review beforehand, first get the experience and then write a review afterwards.

The staff was absolutely great. But the apartment itself is very disappointing. If you don’t want to die from mold I’d stay away. It’s so much water damage it’s crazy. If you move here PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check the HVAC room. Make sure it’s clean and up to par. Crestmark has a great staff that’s not debatable but guys if you move here please do the best inspection you can possibly do. Make sure the water works in the bathroom and kitchen. Make sure all your lights work. Just please do the best inspection you can possibly do and RECORD EVERYTHING.
