We purchased this house end of January 2022, since then we can't get customer service finish all things that they messed up during construction. The customer service is really rude, don't want to schedule any repairs!!! The structure of the house is awful, and materials that used are very cheap. Tried to contact headquarter- no response. This company and their houses are mess!!!
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!!!

PS. There's no way to reply to "owner" but- we did not refuse to any services! And our windows and ceilings are still NOT fixed!

We were interested in purchasing a new build in the Havenwood Community, Lincoln CA. After eight (8) days of reaching out via phone and email I spoke to a sales person, Nicole Budreau (sp?) who is exceptionally rude and unprofessional. She refuses to provide upgrade pricing on 3 items telling me the information is available only after we are in contract. After phoning the Roseville office to seek help they called Nicole to say I am "upset." She was obviously annoyed at my call; she promised to send via email and 24 hours later it still has not been received. Obviously Cresleigh will not be a part of our very healthy budget. If the sales person refuses to assist what must it be like during and after build?

Nice homes but they don't keep their business hours in Rancho Cordova-closing early the last two times we went to speak with their sales team.

Sales personnel are very rude!! I walked the model homes! the finish work base boards and door trim looked like a joke, i thank your staff I'm now a proud owner of a home at Sonoma ranch at lennar.
