Love the staff and my neighbors. The pool and clubhouse and gym are great. Maintenance is prompt and super nice.

Things I could do without:
The missing firepit we were told would be here and the smell of weed I have to deal with about 75% of the time when I pull up at home.

Great community to live in. The staff is very friendly and they care about their tenants which is something we all look for in finding a place to call home. The amenities are awesome and convenient! Whether you like to work out, they have a full stocked gym or you have a dog family they have a nice dog park and complimentary disposables there and around the complex. I enjoy the security of our mail and package room, no more worries about missing or stolen packages now that i’m one code away from accessing my things via app with 24/7 access. The valet trash pick up is also convenient during weekdays i don’t have time to go to the compactor myself but it’s very easy to use as well if you chose to utilize it. They keep the community clean, tailored and we also have occasional incentives or perks offered to us such as food trucks and giveaways. Make this your place to stay!

I am a current resident and had an issue with my account. When I called about it they told me over the phone to come in on a certain day to discuss it and it would be fixed. When I walked in, I was rudely greeted by the manager and spoken to like I was a nobody about a matter completely out of my control. I was told that I needed to handle this issue with my bill on my own! I was charged 2 $50 service fees, that could have easily been waived but she wouldn’t even discuss it with me!

Yesterday, my mom and I took a tour of the first floor one bedroom apartment here and absolutely loved it. It is a very clean property with very modern contemporary fixtures. Very spacious for the square footage advertised with plenty of closet space. When you go speak to Hollis! He gave us our tour and not only was he nice and friendly, he was also very knowledgeable about the property and answered all of our questions. Check them out today!

Wow this community is STUNNING! This is a whole new level of luxury for LaGrange! Bean-to-cup Starbucks coffee in the clubhouse every morning and I love that it doesn't have stairwells like most other complexes.
