I have been a resident at Creekside Meadows for 8 years and I have nothing but good things to say. The grounds are maintained and the location is beautiful. When I call to have something taken care of, the operator is very nice and maintenance has fixed or replaced my request. The managing staff for the location responds to emails and voicemails ASAP. Creekside is very peaceful and thank you to Ashley Community Manager and staff for being RockStars.

I love my apartment, I love the staff. The only bummer is the jacuzzi's have been broken for nearly 1 year of my stay. There are two, one hasn't work for over a year and the other was down for a few months. The pool is not maintained very well. There are always ants covering every chair and the pool has green algae half the year. Other than the amenities this is a beautiful place to live with spacious apartments and newer appliances. We are grateful 🙏

Ashley runs the place like she owns the place. And this is a great thing ! Great communicator. Always reaching out to the tenants keeping us informed. Responds lightning quick to emails and/or voice mails when assistance is needed. She seems to truly care about her tenants and their living experience. And at the end of the day that's really much, much more than you will find anywhere else really. A great manager/landlord makes a great living experience. Creekside Meadows has that in Ashley.

Was in this hell whole for a year, maintenance didn't do their job properly Sandra and Hollis cared more about the property across the street Alpine Woods than their own property. We had mold growing in our walls that they do not take care of my roommate got very sick and needed surgery. His daughter almost got sick. And I got asthma from the mold. They tried to hide the mold from us and didn't take care of it properly. This is not a good place to move to at all it is not worth the time or the money to live here. They downgrade all their residents and make them feel like they have no other place to go but there. Do not move there.

Have been living here for almost 2 years now and it's been going pretty well, ran into a few hiccups here and there but they were eventually handled. The grounds are very well kept and community is quiet - most residents keep to themselves but are nice. When I renewed my lease I dealt with Fred, he was helpful and I appreciate that. One of the maintenance workers Michael was also very helpful and respectful, overall a great experience I wouldn't discourage anyone from living here.

Fred recently joined the team at Creekside Meadows as the manager and things have been so much better because of it. For the first time we have a manager here who walks the property multiple times a day checking to make sure things look clean and are in working order. We had an issue the other day with our water and it was immediately taken care of instead of having to wait for unknown amounts of time like before. There is no longer dog waste everywhere and the pool is clean. Instead of leaving like we had originally planned we are now looking to extend our lease and stay in the community. Thank you Fred for being so amazing any, and every time we need anything, your residents truly appreciate it!

It is a rare occasion in my profession or even personal life that i encounter someone passionate about being the best! However living here over the past 3 yrs i am consistently impressed by Fred's devotion and passion for the work that he does. It is clear to me that he takes a great degree of personal pride in the level of professionalism and service he provides to the tenants and it is my opinion that he would indeed be a great property manager. He has a gift working with tenants that may not always be pleasant. His professionalism and positive attitude does not go unnoticed. I consider him a natural at what he does and i am very grateful that he works in the leasing office.
