I currently have a lease with this company and I have had nothing but problems from day one. Air went out mid summer, couldn’t get it fixed for two months with 98 degree temps outside in a building with all windows. I was guaranteed a parking lot for my clients and haven’t had one yet, instead I’ve been given a temporary parking garage that was supposed to be for 4-6 weeks and we’re currently going on over 5 months and it still looks the same as the day I received that email. Now they have closed that temporary parking garage door on a client who’s now having to get a ride home from a stylist at my salon and the building manager Josh Hall is refusing to take my calls. DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY. It will be nothing less than the biggest headache for you and your business. This is just the quick version of everything I’ve dealt with! The in betweens could make this four times as long. Save yourself the trouble and go with a company that cares about the businesses who are paying their leases.
