I rented here for 4 years and left this place cleaner than when I moved in. After being told I would get all my deposit back from the walk through with the maintenance manager, they kept $650 for pre-existing issues I had reported on my move in checklist! They wouldn't return my messages regarding this. Won't rent from them again.

I don't know what happened to this company. But it's obvious they do not care about their tenants.
I have rented with this company since 2016. 2 years ago I moved into a home that had so many maintenance issues that it literally drained my bank account. The biggest issue was the pool, they couldn't get it fixed so the pool guy decided to hot wire the pool pump on in the middle of summer instead of putting in on a timer. That shot my summer bill up to $600 a month?I reached out to maintenance and the owner(Jim) but I was told it was recommended by the pool guys that it needed to be on for 24 hours for it to work right. I decided to take over my own pool maintenance. I had to pay an electrician $200 to rewire the timer. From that point forward I had no issues with the pool maintenance. Now I have moved out of the property, my deposit was used for things that should have been normal wear and tear. They charged me $400 to repaint the entire house. I cleaned those walls and baseboards on regular basis. On top of that they left the utilities in my name for over 3 weeks with my gas bill going up past $200?this used to be a good company. I don't know what happened. It seems like the only humble person left is Mary. I reached out to Jim in regards to all of this but I've received no response.

A/C has been out, and still, this whole summer no hasn't come. All they told us was don't keep it on all day. The last year when summer started, the A/C wasn't starting. We asked to be fixed. Some guy started yelling at us, telling us why we didn't tell him sooner it wasn't working. It was winter we didn't need it at that time? Til summer came along. So hopefully, when this guy comes again, I hope we do t get yelled at.

Repairs are on time and professional.

I was a tenant for 6 years and out of the 5 years. I have never seen such rude people working in the office. Kirsten was the best. Now they have a lady which is the property manager named Morgan. She is very rude Unprofessional and sometimes say the wrong things to people. We are all humans. Everyone make mistakes no one is perfect. How was I evicted. and didn't even have any eviction on me. I paid the rent that I was supposed to pay but still was charged. Extra fees, court fees constable fees. I am so confused and I would never rent from this place again. As long as she's in office. She makes the whole c r proper tea look very bad.

Lame company. When we lived there they never did anything regarding to improving the house. Once we left is when they decided to completely renovate the busted house n make it look way better. When we talked to management company, their thing was increasing the rent, which they did every year without making the house look better in way shape or form.

We have been Landlord clients with C&R Property Service for over 14 years and have dealt with other property managers for properties outside of AZ and C&R by far has been the best property management company we have ever used. They always respond in a timely manner and when we had a large flood claim recently they really went to bat for us and did an outstanding job as we could not have been more satisfied. Dealing with Maria and Jim the owner has always been a pleasant experience as I would highly recommend their company.

CR Properties in my own experience is giving us good quality service. When there is a problem, they will send a repairman to fix it. The owner of the house is kind too. We don’t have much problem on their service. And about the Staff, they’re pretty great too. And I got my deposit refund. Keep up the good work guys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
