Happy with my new lease. Reading the reviews, apparently Ray or Daniel is the person you want. 😂😂 I worked with someone else and he was nice.
Unfortunately the KIA website calculator for a lease (and probably a purchase) is not the same as the dealer. It’s more $ when you get there. John was a GREAT guy and I understand he can’t match the website 👍
Sad but true.
I’m still happy with my car. Love it!
Hopefully I can remain a loyal customer there as they are closer to my home.
This is my fourth KIA. Owned 2 and leased 2. I love KIA!!

I am a proud Kia owner for the past 10 years! I recently went to Covina Kia to trade in my gently used and well loved Kia K5 for an all wheel drive 2025 Kia Sportage SX Prestige and I’m so in love with my brand new car! My goodness guys, Ray Rojas is the go to guy ,I’ve known his for 15 years , but at Covina KIA I came in with a bad lease agreement with Pomona KIA where I was lied to , and Mr. Ray Rojas was able to fix my bad situation, into a life saving solution after I thought all hope was lost , just hot my new vehicle here ,prices were fair and no hidden surprises except for the unexpected great energy I received from his service as always. this man deserves a raise and his own dealership. Please everyone, anyone who is struggling with coming from a bad dealership where they were lied to or railroaded, come here and see Ray he will take good care of care of you. As soon as I arrived at this location I was immediately Greeted with attentive welcoming energy by Ray and I want to say thank you for the great customer service unlike prior experiences . Comparing my options shouldnt make me feel rushed by now or never ultimatums, judgments or being stereotyped by any sales rep just because I have an indecisive and picky personality. 5 ⭐️ for service, providing informative communication, and guaranteed satisfaction.

I had a very disappointing experience at Covina Kia. I received an online quote from Anita which I later talked about with Giovanni. Over the phone, I was assured that there would be "no games" and that whatever deal I wanted, they were confident they could get closer to it. I was skeptical about this deal, and asked if I could be provided with written documentation, but Giovanni declined and assured me that he will honor the deal. However, when I arrived at the dealership, I was quoted $10k more than what we've gone over.

When Giovanni wasn't available, I was passed on to Daniel. Daniel became busy, so then I passed on with Alex, who was also busy at the time and then passed me on to Abel. To my disappointment, Abel even confirmed my suspicions when he explained that dealerships often promise great deals and then don't honor them if nothing was written—essentially admitting to a bait-and-switch tactic.

Giovanni eventually reached out to me apologizing for the experience and promised to make it right by going through with the deal. After that, he went ghost. Another empty promise by him.

If you're considering this dealership, I would advise getting everything in writing and being very clear on what’s being promised. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t match the confidence and assurances I was given initially.

Beware of promises made by this dealership.

Salesperson Daniel Diaz was excellent. Came into the dealership interested in upgrading my 2018 for a brand new 2025 K4. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable, easy going and not pushy in any way. The process was actually shorter than expected. Daniel and Carlos (Finance Manager) made me feel comfortable and unpressured. So happy with my purchase at Covina KIA.
