We chose Courtney after she quickly sold a home in our town home community. She was very patient with us as we still had tenants living in our town home. Once we were able to list with Courtney, she had an offer for us within a few days. Courtney is great to deal with, but if you want to have drama and be harassed your whole stay in your home…don’t rent here. Courtney’s sister Megan will harass you and put fake “3 day vacate” letters in the mailbox to try to scare you. She’s a white lady probably in her 50’s that harasses all of her tenants and throws around this whole fake “property manager” card, does drugs and can’t mind her business. Pretty embarrassing. Her name is not even on the lease and has no legal right to do any of the things she did. Just save yourself the stress and don’t rent here. I hate that my boyfriend had to deal with this horrible renting experience because I was a visitor. Courtney gets 5 stars, but the overall experience gets ZERO. Just avoid the drama and go somewhere else. Glad to never have to go back to that house. Good luck 🙂
