Jessica adams was the worst property manager I've ever dealt with, sending friends over to work on house and then they would text my wife at 11pm acting like a creep after being told she was married, never scheduling or communicating with renters and have people randomly showing up without warning to work on the house.

Jessica really takes the stress out of real estate. I've bought two homes and sold one with jess. So many questions and concerns and she was available and equipped to answer all my questions! We were driving arind the area to determine if we wanted to move to Valley Springs. We stopped in to ask about listing and realtor Maresela Fuller helped us out. We decided not to buy in the area however she stayed in contact with us and became our realtor. She helped us located our dream property in Riverbank . She drove all the way to Modesto to show us homes. Marasela helped us locate a great loan agency and quickly got our loan approved. When we found our dream house she helped negotiate a great deal on the home.
