I paid my rent on time for the 3 years I lived in one of their listed properties. In those 3 years, I was harassed on several occasions. Once due to a camper I was remodeling not looking good enough for 1 of the neighbors. I was threatened that I had to move it until I proved in my lease that I was allowed to have it there. I was basically told yes I'm allowed to have a camper if it met with the Jones approval! At moving out, I gave my 30 days notice, my rent was paid, I stated that I was unable to clean the gutters and remove a recliner and I understood that would have to be taken out of my security deposit. 3 weeks after moving I still do not have my deposit back and I'm being told they are still fixing things. I have sent emails with no response and always have to be the one picking up the phone. The house was much cleaner than when I ever moved in and I have pictures to prove that. I did not receive one thank you Rachel for being such a great tenant for 3 years, not once did I hear we wish you the best. I have always had a great relationship with all my landlords and realize the value of rental properties. I treat every home as if it were truly my own. I have never been treated so poorly by a landlord or with just a lack of any appreciation whatsoever In all my life. It sadens me that simply because rentals are hard to come by in white county, it doesn't mean good renters are. God bless.

The only place I've ever lived where I knew I wouldn't be resigning a lease within the first month. Jason is the face of the business and a pleasure to deal with. Joe, however, is the guy behind their mess of a website (really sets the tone of whom you will be dealing with) and the passive aggressive guy you get on the phone most often when you call. I think the fact that he posts people's rental history and personal info in his replies to reviews on Google is a real testament to his character.

My sister rented from this place. The townhouse was filthy and smelled like a saloon--but it was the only place available when she need to move for her job; she worked like a dog cleaning that place and lived there for over 2 years as "the perfect tenant" per her landlord. "We've never had a tenant as good as you". That didn't keep him from keeping a huge chunk of her deposit because "the place was filthy"--when pressed for details (because you could eat off the floor when she left--it was spotless) she was told it had to be professionally cleaned--again, details? All he could say was "there was some dust on top of the refrigerator" and "that was a personal pet peeve" of his. If you can rent from anyone else, please do, unless you just want to hand him a security deposit.

I rented from Cosner Realty for 5 years. Everyone in office was always very nice and friendly to talk to. I never had any issues with them. Any concerns I had were always taken seriously, and if anything in my unit needed repair it would be fixed as soon as possible. I had a really great experience and would rent from them again.

Said they only rent if not gone who had covid vax and began to tell at me why are putting of her peoe in danger well I looked at my GPS I'm still on usa not NORTH KOREA turning into housing authority going public with my right to freedom of speech it seems those who can pay get last choice this needs to go out georgia state wide avoid these rude people who violate your contitituional rights. Thanks Costner put people homeless. I have proof of it. Georgiawhole state will be hearing about this . The whole state needs void these people . Also by other comments they keep unclean conditions in rental homes that can spread covid. Going to get this out to all today I only put one star to make a comment .

One star for rudeness. If you are vaccinated you are given priority over those who are not
They state this on their website. They are ignorant to the 2 reasons why a person is not vaccinated which includes religious and medical reasons. So renters beware

Horrible man jason is great very nice to talk to but that other joe guy NEVER and i do mean NEVER talk to him i sent several people to him to rent from him and he was rude to everyone of them so i called to talk to him about a place and while on speaker phone he became very rude and unruly he then began to express how he didnt care about my situation and he could put me out right now if he wanted because its his property mind u he was a landlord saying this ..... He then said he could do what he wants and that he had a bad day and can take it out on whoever he wants too this man is very rude
