Alex was super helpful, patient, and energetic every step of the way. Since the vehicle I bought yesterday was pretty uncommon- a converted commercial vehicle for personal use along with other unique circumstances- the whole process was a learning experience and took longer than expected for both of us. We took a bit finding insurance and getting a loan for it to fit with my personal situation, but we did find what worked best. This said I’m sure any other vehicle would be a breeze! He answered all my questions or found the answer, wasn’t pushy, and worked with me to make my dream vehicle mine! I’m so glad I got to work with him through the process, he made it light and fun. Bought our first car here, best customer service on a car lot I've experienced. From Sam, to finance Dept.. a little back and forth but solved things fast and efficient. Drove off lot next day after car was brought in. Definitely recommend people to go here, prices are reasonable, process was quick, smooth and painless.
