Been renting with them for 3 years. We moved across country to a blind move in. The house we moved into was not in good condition and we took the proper photos forwarding them to the agency. We were told less than 8 months into the lease that we needed to find a new place. This was 2 years ago. This after moving across country. They had a second place we didn't have to do anything to move into other than deposit. Which was fine. But this house was not in good condition either. The AC was going out from the first day we moved in. Our electricity bill was through the roof. Culminating in a 900-1500 month bill until the AC stopped working all together. The wiring in the home is so bad we have to constantly replace lightbulbs and the microwave went out. While they were replaced it took over a month in each instance.

They charged us for the damages in the first home that were there prior to move in due to an agent or employee they had deleting all the emails and paperwork with said evidence. It destroyed our credit having this on it due to the law office they sold it to dinging us for 180 days past due for over 2 years. We finally got a lawyer who was able to get this removed with the evidence we had. Now again they are forcing us to move out after raising our rent 200 and charging 10% for each time you are late even if it is 1 day. Pay period are messed up for many of us. And being forced to move out again after all this they have no empathy nor understanding that it's extremely difficult in this rental/buying climate to even obtain a home that meets our demands. I would not tell my worst enemy to rent from them. The inability to hold themselves accountable for the fraud they committed against us to renting homes that are not any long term rentals let alone a place where you can get settled.

I am stating this to get the word out. Talking to a few others who have dealt with them. In 3 years of renting under their umbrella, we have not been late and if we were we notified them as we always have and had no issues paying the late fee. But to have them be the reason why we cannot find a decent home until I got their fraud removed from our credit... I do not recommend them at all.

They were quick to respond so I may join the portal, but now I haven't heard a thing in response to my email about a concern in the neighborhood. They are slow to remove violations. You need to submit ARB requests via the portal AND to their email address. Double the work. Completely nonresponsive when emails are sent. Their ARB department is faster than the customer service department, however the ARB rep was very nice, but asked me questions about my request that were clearly written on the original ARB requests (a little annoying).

Me and my fiancé have chosen to rent a property through cornerstone and it has by far been one of our best decisions. With us being new to renting on our own, the company made us feel welcomed and they were really quick to respond to any and all questions we had. We would definitely recommend Cornerstone Property Management to anyone who is looking to start a new adventure with a new home. Thank you Cornerstone crew for making our experience the best.

Hired Cornerstone is January of this year when they took custody of my property. After 4 months of no leases being signed and an abundance of excuses and lies I fired them.

They claim that my wife did not communicate with them, however my wife flew from the West Coast to the east coast to meet with Lydia, not only did she bring every email and every date and time of every phone call and proved to Lydia everything that they said was a lie, the agent took full responsibility and said that they dropped the ball hard.

When I reached out and spoke with Ashley, All I heard was excuses and deflection and how they are not responsible for finding a tenant they are not responsible for any damages to your property pretty much anything that you would expect or demand from a property management company they said they don't do.

This company also hired a contractor to do some work and did not verify the work and when my wife and I informed them that the work was shoddy, they took zero responsibility and pretty much did nothing to rectify the situation.

I would give less than one star but that's not an option as this company doesn't deserve anything and it definitely does not deserve any of your business.

Hired a new property manager literally 24 hours after firing cornerstone and less than a week later not only was it at least signed but it was signed for a higher amount of money, as cornerstone consistently recommended dropping the rent.

Again do not use cornerstone they are absolutely horrible.

After reading the response from cornerstone I must admit that they still cannot tell the truth. Cornerstone was caught and (Lydia admitted this to my wife) That they had failed to do their jobs, and they had dropped the ball on multiple things.

Cornerstone would tell my wife one thing and would tell me something completely different, and this is something that the property manager openly admitted when she met my wife at the house.

I find it Very unprofessional that cornerstone Continues to lie instead of humbling themselves in admitting that they screwed up royally and lost a customer.

In addition, my wife showed the entire chronicle of emails corresponding with all communications with corson, in which they denied she responded. Again, cornerstone is a very unprofessional group of people that's very disorganized and do Not have any integrity.

Great property management!! My first time renting a house 2021. I'm currently still leasing the same house 2024. I appreciate them dealing with me. and I personally know the owner operator,and manger Lydia is the best. I plan to do business with cornerstone as long as possible. I appreciate you guys 🙏🏾
