HOA Management Companies are commonly getting bad reviews primarily because of the manager or lack of attention needed to properties by the management company. This review is to the contrary! Amanda Miller, Manager at Cornerstone Properties, Inc., is one of the best managers I have ever encountered in my 24 years of selling real estate, and I've encountered a lot of them. She is thoughtful, attentive, and timely in her responses to questions and concerns. She doesn't overpromise and underdeliver and she is pleasantly professional. I've had a few dealings with her and it has always been exceptional in contrary to other management companies with whom I have dealt with lately. Thank you, Amanda. Amanda Miller and Lynn Lyon came to my quick rescue when I needed to verify the coverage on the master insurance policy. They explained everything to me and were quick to reply which says it all.

I will never live at another property that this company manages. They don’t care about your concerns unless it affects them directly. We pay so much money a month, for what I’m not sure. We barely have any landscaping unless you call rocks landscaping. They chop down all the trees but don’t put any back up so there’s no shade anywhere. Again not sure exactly what it is they are maintaining. Last I checked rocks and invisible trees don’t cost that much to take care of. They send out rules and regulations but don’t adhere to any of them. If you have a genuine concern they basically put the blame back on you even though you have evidence of your concern. It’s a “not our problem” attitude. What we pay for these so called services is highway robbery. Before you move to any property make sure this company isn’t managing it. You’ll be overcharged and disappointed.

Amanda Miller is our HOA manager and she is beyond wonderful. She always returns emails (usually the same day, but there are times it might take a day or 2). She is a pleasure to deal with. We have had bad managers at Cornerstone and we have had to complain and we have asked for a different manager but now we have a gem. I believe Amanda likes her job, has ideas and suggestions, seraches for anwers and wants to please the board and the residence of our community.

I’m a homeowner in a property managed by Cornerstone. I have been trying to report a simple violation of the CC&Rs for over a month and have been ignored by both the corporate office and our community manager employed by Cornerstone. Other community members are reporting that they are also being ignored. My HOA fees are over $260 a month and this is the service that homeowners receive in return; nothing! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This corporation doesn’t care about the homeowners they manage.

Edit: I continue to be ignored by my community manager. The CC&Rs and the Rules and Regulations we agreed upon when buying our home are not being followed. As they ignore myself and other community members, they are trying to raise our HOA rates, despite it being voted against recently. Very fishy things going on in regards to the landscaping vendor being closely related to previous community manager.

No idea how this company is in business. We've had them as our HOA for over a year and we've already lost multiple "community managers". When they leave, there is little to no communication about their departure, just a simple "auto responder" in their email that they left. They rarely respond to emails when you send them one and they never respond to phone calls/voicemails. They don't enforce CCRs or respond to complaints. If you want an HOA company to do nothing for your community, hire this one.
