Core Properties- Berkshire and Mindy Gregory, were AMAZING!! Mindy was my agent and she really took care of me and family. We had 30 days to close on a house and she made it effortlessly! I was able to find a house in two days, that I LOVE!! and we closed 18 days later. Never in a million years did I think this was possible, but Mindy made is possible and took the stress I was under away. I can't say "Thank you" enough! I am nothing but amazed with Mindy and Core Properties! Thank you again, for making this a wonderful experience, and for helping me find and close on new home!!!

Mindy was our dream realtor! I could not have felt more comfortable working with her. She took her time to help us find the right house. I never felt pressure from her or uncomfortable being honest. She got to know us well enough that she was able to tell if we were not being honest with ourselves. When we did put in offers, she was meticulous with the paperwork. Mindy Gregory was brilliant in helping us find our dream home. She drove all over NEGA helping us look at properties, then patiently helped us find something for our large family in our targeted area. We had to sell our current home and she made a mission to make that possible so we were able to satisfy our contract. She held open houses, followed up with every single person who saw our home. She even showed it for another agent who was unavailable. She went above and beyond in every possible way. 10/10 Would recommend.
