It's a very quiet and tucked back place. Sits by Disney Lake/Boat Launch. It's also very clean and well maintained.
We visit a family member here and never once had an issue with anyone.

Cordova Parks Apartments is a senior citizens community. The apartments are easy to maintain inside. There's no carpets to vacuum and the layout is simple and easy to navigate with a walker or wheelchair. The only problem that I see with the apartment is a wheelchair will not go through the bathroom door. This is very important if the occupant cannot walk at all. The grounds are well kept, and the office staff are very accommodating. They will do well checks on residents if you can't get in touch with them.

Nice apartment with well kept yards. Close to the warrior river and a boat ramp just up the road. Pet friendly apartments w/ deposit.

Don’t ever rent there the grounds look good but they don’t fix anything inside and when they do they charge a high price to fix a plug in it will cost a $100 and also they get in people’s mailboxes without permission. She is being turned in tomorrow and I’m having her arrested for getting in someone’s else’s mailbox without permission

It is a seniors' citizen and disabled persons living facility. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, everyone gets along and keeps to them selves. Helps each other if we can.

They should let people with records rent apartments, because sometimes people are just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Their not bad people. And people do change. And that's for anywhere where someone needs a place to live.
