John was amazing! We are happy that we chose Copperstate Home Loans to purchase our home. The process was very quick even though everything really got moving over the holidays. Signings were very easy and John was very quick to respond to any questions or notify us of any thing that was time restricted so that we were able to meet our closing date. In the end he got us the best rates and our payment was significantly lower than we had expected. If you are purchasing a home and don't want the generic kind of broker, contact John.
