Do not i repeat do not rent from here. Idk how they have good reviews when all ive experience is crappy help. They DO NOT CARE about their tenants. I have not experience so much unprofessionalism than i have with them. The home was infested with mold and mushrooms. I have submitted multiple request with no help. They instead they blocked my calls and deactivated my online account (yes i constatly called and submitted requests but if they fixed the issue in the first place there would be no need for the constant call) there is also so many more issues to list. I recommend to NEVER go here

We just put in an application for another property somewhere else, $35 per application and we got a response the very next day….. makes me think….. if I had a property and wanted to cash in some money, charge $15 more per application and let the cash flow in…. That’s shady though and i couldn’t do that. Anyways, will we be hearing back?

They have a team of highly respectable real estate agents. They were able to answer any concerns I had when it came to renting my first house. They even showed concern with the outrageous weather of Bakersfield and made sure my new house had an a/c unit. 🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑Was living in a Rental property that got sold. New owners hired this company to take over Management! Matt came and tried to change Locks with no notice! Sold 3 weeks ago I have still NOT received any kind of legal document showing who I am suppose to contact. Finally I got number to contact him after he came back to talk to someone but never left any info for contact or new info on who to pay if I was staying which buyer and selling agent knew I was not stay! I have even been in contact with her! And she said he was fully aware what we were doing! Now that I moved out when I told him I can't reach him, he won't answer my calls! Calling an attorney and going to the better business bureau!!! Sad all this during a Nationwide Pandemic!! If it had 0 stars that is what they deserve!🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑
