Bridgett was a pleasure to work with she handles things professionally and gets the job done. The only reason for not giving the company 5 stars was the initial listing information was not thorough. Take your own pictures to reference to for your security deposit and make sure everything is spelled out in your lease agreement with the tenant.

Bridgett has been my property manager now for several years managing several properties. She's been fantastic!! Bridgett has a great repoor with her clients & is extremely knowledgeable.. Definitely would highly recommend her professionalism.

We were very dissatisfied with our service in the end. We were good tenants and only there for a very short time. We kept the house clean and paid on time. We left the house in pristine condition except for the touchup areas of where pictures were hung (of which we were assured when we moved in that normal wear and tear of daily living was expected and things like that would not be a problem). We touched up and painted anyway.

During the walk through the company rep came in and took pictures of every place a picture was hung and repainted of which we did with the paint they left us that was bad paint.

After walking through the rep said everything looked great and we were good. A month later we get our deposit back minus $375 of which they claimed $175 was for professional cleaning and $200 for a scratch on the floor. Funny the rep never took a picture of it or said anything to us about it. Isn't that the purpose of the walk through?

We are moved out and have no way of disputing if this was the case. They did NOT have us sign off on anything, of which we asked when we did the walk through and the rep said nothing to us about a receipt for cleaning because the house was spotless! Someone could have moved in that day! If there was a problem with needing a receipt for it to be cleaned, out of FAIRNESS they could have told us that.

We left a couple of days early and could have resolved any of these issues IF there were any before the end of the month.

That was very deceptive and unfair and I would not use them again. I would advise anyone to take plenty of pictures and sign off before leaving the property.

Better yet, use another company.

Maintenance is hit or miss. Some vendors have been great but one does not. Inconvenience of showings (unit is up for sale) on weekends. Owner of property has not kept up exterior maintenance of home as needed.
People at Convergent are professional and helpful.
