I had a terrible experience with this realty company . They wouldn’t return my whole deposit. The last five months of my lease the fence was damaged by the weather. They wouldn’t fix it. I was forced to sue and I won. They do not know the law that reflects their business. They also made up a lie and got caught in court lying. Do not trust them with your house or trust them to lease a place from them. Do business with honest people and that’s not consolidated realty.

I wish I could give negative stars! Unfortunately the owner inherited my property from the previous owner. The absolute worse experience renting my house. Extended my lease without my permission because she was selling the tenant a property that she would eventually collect a commission on. Allowed Pit bulls on the property when it was explicit that no animals were allowed, did not conduct inspections of the house, and made every excuse under the sun of why all of this stuff has occurred. Used family to repair my home and when we finally moved our property to another company(which has been such a blessing) we found out adequate repairs were not done and would not return the tenants “alleged deposit” she kept! I have never dealt with such a liar in my life. I am surprised her license has not been suspended by the board of realtors. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS A PROPERTY MANAGER!

If I could give them no stars I would. The biggest con artist ever. Don’t trust anything that anyone and I mean anyone says at this company. Also she took my whole deposit after she told me we would get it back. Make sure you get everything in writing and notarized.

The best!!! I'm so coming back! Everybody is sweet and nice!! I was sad to leave them bc of a personal situation, but I'm so coming back!! I so recommend to everybody!
