We rented a home through CRES at the height of you-know-what in 2020. It was a stressful time made smoother by their professionalism. Brenda was fabulous at responding promptly to any issues we had with the home (always addressed within a couple hours, at most) during the entirety of our residency. They were also very respectful of our privacy which we value, being quiet tenants. The online portal is easy to navigate and a convenient way to pay rent or submit maintenance requests. Our move-out was smooth and simple as well. I can confidently recommend renting a single family home through Community Real Estate Services.

Community realty is a great realtor company , I started as a renter through this company they managed rental properties as well as sell homes. They are very professional and always respond back quickly when you have questions or concerns they truly care for their tenants. After 2 years of renting the seller of the rental property decided that she want to sell the property I was renting and Brenda white a very awesome realtor that I was dealing with when I was renting the property had connected me to a fantastic realtor the name of Brooke Schuman she guided me through with her knowledgeable realtor skills she is professional and really care for her clients she worked hard to make sure I was happy and satisfied through this first time home buying process , and I will recommend her to anyone!! We rented a property from LLW Properties for a period of 10 years and were very happy with the service they provided during that period. Every time there was something wrong with the house or there was a need for any repair, we would received a call back within 24 hours (most of the times within a few hours) letting us know when somebody was coming to fix the problem or repair. Even after the owner decided to sell the property and even though we were only the "tenants", they help us and gave us support and advice during the transition and move to our new rental even though it was not one of the properties they managed.
That's what I call taking care of your customers Before, During and After.......Excellent customer service!

Agency is scattered, unethical and dishonest. Calls & emails are ignored. There is no consistency from 1 day to next. Huge staff turnover leads to chaos and zero follow through. They all seem ill informed as rentals are listed with wrong pricing & info. As soon as I learn someone’s name here they’re gone. Continual issues at leisure town are ignored or misrepresented by these folks. Don’t waste ur time or $$ here. This area needed real help after years of self management by a dedicated few. LLW properties is a disaster. We’d have been better off on our own. Justin Schouten is unwilling to be truthful with us and costs our group lotsa money in conflicts, poor communication and disagreements. He doesn’t find or hire good people. I think he’s too cheap. So his choices lead to poor quality repairs and continual breakdowns. Just find a better option for yourselves.

My experience with this company is a fraudulent one they are full of personality but nothing else. They are fraudster and an affiliate of theirs Samuel Ajai and his wife swindled my husband out of his business and his property. Not a good company I filed a complaint with the state real estate bar but nothing was done. So BEWARE!
