Two years later, my review has gotten worse, if that is even possible. Today, for the first time in years, I needed to reach out to the office to find out who owns the rental property next-door to me. I used the contact email address that I had used since 2007. The new employee (JESSICA) responded that the previous employee didn't work there anymore and that she didn't have her personal information. I'm not sure what part of my question led this girl to think that she didn't need to answer the question since that was now her job, but here we are. I wrote her back letting her know that I did not need the previous employee's information, but I needed the requested information. She sent back info, but when I called the number and looked the company up online, they are no longer in business. So, I called the office asked to speak to the girl and explained to her that that company is no longer in business. She seemed offended, like her granddaddy had been the previous CEO and tells me that is all the information she has, RUDELY (trust me β β I know rude). No she'd get the correct info and get back to me. Just irritated she might have to complete a task. I then asked her if she was telling me that they don't know who owns the rental property next-door to me and she got even ruder. Because I'm trying to breathe Jesus in and Satan out this week, I just hung up on her. I'm going to make it my life's mission to extricate my neighborhood from using CAMGA as our HOA management company. Because the previous employee improved as the years went by, probably because she knew she was going to be getting out of there, I set aside the quotes I had gotten from other companies, but I will be the first to speak and the loudest to speak at our next HOA meeting. If you were thinking about buying a home with an HOA managed by this company, be sure to tell the agent that you will not be moving there because of the horrendous business practices by CAMGA.

Mean, unprofessional, condescending then play victims when approached. If I could rate lower I would. I made an inquiry of annual charges and Amber who was very rude hung up on me. There have been years worth of the Autumn Glen HOA making up rules as a "Board" without permitting residents to vote on pertinent matters. There have been 2 major assessments of driveway pavings for alleys in 5 years without proof of payment to any of the contractors. Ignoring the rudeness has run out. I am more than prepared to push back and I live in a manner where my matters are honest so I have no fear of retaliations like threats are to others. No HOA of Property Management Company should be angered by questions nor lack transparency!

Very disrespectful to homeowners. Jenna stated she didn't need proof to send out a violation, and she is slow to respond back to questions homeowners have. They sent out a certified letter to our community and no one signed for them. They were placed in our mail boxes. When questioned by a homeowner she stated she had no idea what they were talking about. They are a joke and are not a good company to higher. Beware homeowners don't use them.

Iβve encountered challenges with the property management at Lexington Crossing Townhomes, particularly around communication. Initially, I requested a copy of the property insurance policy from Sara Burden, the board president. She forwarded my email/request to Rhonda Fleming, the property manager. Despite Rhonda following up with Sara on Jan 9, 2025, at 16:52, I did not receive a timely response with insurance policy documents.
When I did finally hear back, I was accused of being rude and disrespectful, which was never my intention. I clarified my position and sent another email on Friday, January 10, 2025, at 11:52 AM during business hours. Once again, I received no response.
Ultimately, I had to contact Lee Mason, who addressed my concerns.
As a homeowner with no outstanding HOA fees or obligations, I expect clear and professional communication from the property management team. Timely responses and respectful dialogue are essential for effective management, and I hope to see improvements moving forward.

This HOA is going down hill fast. They do not take responsibility for the actions but are quick to write a condensing email. If you did something wrong,m and it was a mistake. Apologize and accept responsibility. Specifically referring to Misti Chastine.

This management group that manages Vicker Mills subdivision are not in the best interest for the residents..... stay away from Vickers Mill Subdivision they make their own rules that best fit them..... you will be harassed by the HOA representatives for Vickers Mill they don't even keep common grounds maintained which are not maintained regularly. Vickers Mill entrance is not appealing or inviting.... trash In the front entrance grass and on the streets are the common grounds that should be maintained by HOA...

Where do I start. My wife and I moved into Stanebrook Subdivision located in Jackson, Georgia in December of 2016. When we were looking at homes, we were told there would be an HOA, but not to worry because they are very friendly. Wow that was a lie. Mrs. Wallis is our representative. So far she has hung up on me twice in the last year. I did not curse her or call her a despicable name. The only thing I was doing was asking questions. I emailed Mr. Mason directly so maybe something will be done with the unprofessional treatment that I have received. It is apparent that they do not like you asking questions. Our subdivision is still under construction so as of yet we do not have a voice. Our covenant states that in December 31, 2020, or when it is 100% complete it would be turned over to us. I have done my own research and they are set up as a Domestic Non-Proft according to the Secretary of State's office. I don't see how that is possible when they are charging us money every year. If I could just leave this review here and not have to give a rating I would. Mrs. Wallis is very rude, condescending, and will never give you an answer. A few days ago, I was asking about a street light being put in because there is a stub out across the street from me. She told me that I would need to contact Georgia Power. I did and when I called her today to follow up, she said that I was doing her job and that there are certain levels that an approval has to go through. So now I have a letter typed up to the "board" hoping this can get put in. If a street light is not installed and they deny it, then we as homeowners truly know that they do not care about our safety. I just reviewed my bill for 2020 and there is more than enough money in the reserve to put in this last light. I believe the reason it was not installed in the first place was because Mrs. Wallis is being vindictive towards me because I live right across the street from it. Yet, we have street lights at the stop sign and in the cul de sac that is 5 houses down from me. In the picture that I attached here you can clearly see that it is a stub out, but Mrs. Wallis said she has no idea what that is. Georgia power said a light should go there and from what I understand the City of Jackson is willing to pay the bill for that light as well as the others. So if you decide to move into a neighborhood with this company please run as far away as you can.

Horrible. Refuse to return my calls, very unprofessional. Lee refuses to talk to me. Make sure you get everything in writing because they will say one thing over the phone, but do the exact opposite. Della is the same way. Absolutely atrocious. Multiple times for multiple reason we are getting singled out, but people who are buddy-buddy with board members never get violations or fines. I wish I could be that bad and unprofessional at my job and still have it. Shame on Lake Windsong HOA board for moving to this company.
Update: When the owner of the company ( Lee Mason ) personally tells you βI hope you donβt move to a neighborhood we manage.β That really tells you the type of person he is and company he runs. Believe all the bad reviews about this company and person.
