To say that Russell and the entire CMB team are a great brokerage is an understatement. Russell and his team were extremely thorough, wise and genuine. They thoughtfully explained every detail of the process and guided us with care. Our sellers requested an early closing date and they did everything in their power to make that happen for us. They brought us peace of mind in the midst of a huge life decision that can be extremely complicated to first-time homebuyers such as myself & my husband. We wouldn't recommend working with anyone but Russell and the CMB team!
