I have had an ongoing problem with a neighbor. Reported it many times, nothing gets done. They have no problem with people who are submissive, only homeowners who speak and ask questions

One star feels GENEROUS. These fools can't handle even the bare minimum. Our liaison just cancelled our desperately needed meeting because she had the wrong date down (in spite of multiple reminders, and a date saved for months). While people make mistakes, this is just the most recent example of how they, time and time again, FAIL. (Never mind the COUNTLESS inquiries and formal complaints owners have filed, which they refuse to follow up on.) We haven't had an actual, regular meeting SINCE JUNE (it's now February). Now they're rescheduling without even consulting with the board or our schedules first? We pay $1200/month— for what? They haven’t responded to a single email since THEY “fired" US January 31. 3 weeks later, they can’t even manage a 1-hour meeting? How they can sleep at night and still take our money is beyond me.
